Opening hours

The opening hours setup is used for the following purposes:

  • The opening hours are displayed to your clients on the self-booking homepage.
  • The opening hours for each day serves as default values whenever you create a new staff shift.
  • If you choose to configure lunch breaks, clients will not be able to book appointments on the self-booking homepage during these hours. However, from the venue app, you can always book appointments as you please, even if they span over a lunch break.

The opening hours do however not set the limits for when it's possible to book appointments! This is controlled by staff shifts – if there is a staff shift that extends beyond the opening hours, it will be possible to book an appointment at that time.
