The larger value you set here, the more comprehensible and easy to read the calendar will be. On the other hand, if the value is smaller, you retain some flexibility regarding when your appointments and services can start. Typically, you want to set it to the same value as your shortest service duration (including prepare/restore time). For example, if your shortest service duration is 15 minutes with a restore time of 5 minutes, set this value to 20 minutes.
The timezone will usually be set correctly by default, but please check that it is set to the timezone of your salon. This is important to make sure that, among other things, appointment reminders are sent out at the correct time.
